Okay, so for the past days, ive seen pleople saying allot will this help mi erroro 30022? or why am i getting this? is it the hacks?

The answer is no!
Nexon wen't into a realy G*Y Mode and terminated the South America Server.(scroll down to see more about it)

You do not have to be spesificly from South America it can be some where around that region to.
